The Band that Time Forgave by Dennis Coath is a comedic yet touching exploration of a rock band, The Dogs, who missed out on stardom during the 1960s. Decades later, fate gives them another shot. After fifty years, the band's impromptu reunion leads to unexpected chart success, and soon they find themselves propelled back into the spotlight. But there's a twist - these once hopeful rock stars are now in their seventies and far from the energetic musicians they once were.
As they tour around the world, facing health issues, personal revelations, and the chaos of their rock-and-roll lifestyle, The Dogs must navigate the complexities of fame in their twilight years. Full of humour, mischief, and heart, this novel explores second chances, the passage of time, and the enduring power of music.
