The International Hacking Advisory Council (IHAC) works actively to monitor and counter the operations of the most well-known state - and corporate - sponsored hacking groups as well as various terrorist organisations operating across the world. In July 2019, the five board members meet in Geneva Switzerland to discuss an issue that has been perplexing the intelligence agencies of the world.
