The International Hacking Advisory Council (IHAC) works actively to monitor and counter the operations of the most well-known state - and corporate - sponsored hacking groups as well as various terrorist organisations operating across the world. In July 2019, the five board members meet in Geneva Switzerland to discuss an issue that has been perplexing the intelligence agencies of the world. The United Cyber Division, the ISIS IT unit, has moved their operations to the dark web, and without the encryption key, the messages are now undecipherable, making it very difficult for IHAC to keep tabs on their operations or planning.
Around the same time, in a café in Marseilles, France, Abd and Hazma are meeting. They have met to discuss the series of operations that the ISIS Republican Guard Grand Council have proposed. ISIS is not beaten, and the world are about to find out just what ISIS has planned.

A traveller, educator and observer, Edward Evans has long watched or been caught up, tangentially, in many political and social upheavals. He has never ceased to be fascinated by the twists and turns that can occur in human events and the fragility of civilisation. He is, basically, an experienced teacher, lifelong learner and keen observer still trying to make sense of the world in which he resides.
