    Claire Jasmin Spike lives in Croatia. She is a Croatian national and English is her second language. Reading and listening to music are her favourite pastimes. Although she likes company and laughter, spending time with her husband and dogs at their small home surrounded by trees is what she enjoys the most. Followed by a cup of black tea, chocolate ice-cream and a good book.
    The Shining One: Six of Cups is her first published manuscript.
    Claire is currently working on two manuscripts: King of Wands, the continuation of The Shining One trilogy and a somewhat different love story under the working title Poison, a tale of forbidden and dangerous romance between a peculiar high school student and her seemingly young, odd teacher.
