He is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Minnesota where he has twice received the Leonard Lang Award as clinical faculty of the year. He is the chairman of the M Health Fairview system OB/GYN council which includes nine hospitals in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
