Jonathan should be dead.

Emily brought him back with the power of the White Rose and an ancient Egyptian spell, but resurrection came with a brutal cost: Jonathan had to avenge his own murder, or Emily’s life would be claimed instead.

But Jonathan chose forgiveness.

With that impossible choice, he didn’t just defy fate—he shattered a cursed cycle that bound them across lifetimes, igniting a prophecy far older and far more dangerous than either of them ever imagined.

Now, in the shadowed town of Seraph’s Hollow, gods are watching, ancient powers are stirring, and buried secrets are clawing their way to the surface. Strange warnings and forgotten relics begin to reveal a terrifying truth: breaking the cycle was only the beginning.

Jonathan and Emily must face the echoes of lives they’ve lived before, the forces determined to claim what they believe they are owed, and a prophecy that could alter the balance of realms forever.

Because some choices do not end a story.

They awaken one.

J. C. Kane

J. C. Kane is a proud mother of four amazing children, a US veteran, and Grandma of two darling little girls. She started reading Steven King, V. C. Andrews, and Dean Koontz from the young age of nine. She had always dreamed of one day having her name on a book. J. C. Kane began writing this novel in 1999 as a creative writing class assignment. After turning it in, a few days passed and she was called to the principal's office where she met with a pastor, a therapist, and a CPS worker. Apparently, this story drew concern.
