Gacho Tribe is a story about a small group of people living on high mountains on Earth before the time of the dinosaurs. Through cultivation, the small group develops a sense of togetherness. A chief is chosen to be their leader in order to enforce equality. To become chief, he has to be related to the family tree through blood or marriage. If someone disobeys the chief's directions, they could be stoned to death. The average life span is less than thirty years, and most people die in the winter because of infections that spread easily. It is hard for them to deal with the rough weather. Sadly, due to an absence of health knowledge, the probability of survival is very low. Zepti, the youngest child in his tribe, fears losing his sick mother. Until one day, a miraculous stone from the sky fell and was discovered by Zepti, which cured his mother and many others. The Tribe believes that God sent the stone to bring back good times. But strangely, aliens come to Earth in search of that stone. The Tribe refuse to give it back, which starts a conflict between them. Read to find out what happens and how these individuals deal with the challenges they face.

Axel Xander Griffin was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. Happily married with two young sons, Axel's biggest motivation is his family. From birth, he has always been visually and audio impaired. As a child, he spent much of his time alone and fascinated with his own imagination, despite always being surrounded by family. He daydreamed in school, often creating characters in his head and drawing on his notebooks.
Axel received his BFA in illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology. While a student at FIT, he was inspired to become a graphic novelist, wanting to be a writer and illustrator. After college, Axel worked many odd jobs until entering the medical field. Years later, he joined the human services profession, receiving his first master's in addiction counseling and, later, a second master's in industrial and organizational psychology. While working toward a doctorate, Axel rediscovered his deep desire to create stories and bring them to life.
