Caroline spent many years teaching, in particular focussing on reading skills and encouraging and enabling young people to engage with and enjoy books so it was only a matter of time before she wrote her own! Now retrained as a Counsellor Caroline has used her skills throughout the pandemic to help and support people with their emotional wellbeing and mental health through writing, presenting and providing therapy at her busy practice. Caroline is a proud mother to three daughters, Victoria, Alexandra and Harriet and devoted grandmother to Oliver. Her hobbies include playing her bagpipes for charity and community events nationally and internationally aswell as following her favourite football team Chelsea FC!
