Mr. Wipple-Wopple, a frail and solitary old man, lives quietly in his tiny flat on the top floor of a bustling town. His days are filled with simple routines, accompanied by his only friends, a cheeky black bird that visits every morning and his beloved, mischievous parrot, Lola. But when a mysterious blue envelope invites him to a church bazaar, Mr. Wipple-Wopple's life turns unexpectedly. Despite his frailty and solitude, he mustered the courage to step out of his comfort zone, sparking a series of heartwarming and whimsical adventures. From his trusty walking stick to his cherished banjo, Mr. Wipple-Wopple carries the memories of his past and the hope for a brighter tomorrow. A tale of companionship, self-discovery, and the magic that can be found in the most ordinary of days, this story is a reminder that it's never too late for new beginnings.

Shona Rizzi

Shona Rizzi was born in England in 1966. Being the little sister in a
busy family, she had to find ways to entertain herself. So she often
liked to create new children's stories to which she completed with
her own home-made books. Shona accredits that having Irish and
Italian parents influenced her creativity. Today, she knows that her
writing ability and vivid character creations was founded with the
many stories that were told to her at such a young age by her devoted
Irish father. Shona thoroughly enjoys her work and has many other
books to be released pronto.
