George Stanley

I was educated in Malvern in Worcestershire. I have lived most of my adult life in Essex where I was a headteacher for twenty-five years and have subsequently had an extended career in education. In celebration of my contribution to education, I have been to a garden party at Buckingham Palace and met Prince Charles when invited to Highgrove. I recently studied and obtained an MA in education (distinction). I am passionate about education, still advise senior leaders in primary schools and I am currently a chair of governors at a Chelmsford primary school.

About Book

'...each died in turn except for Dash. Why Dash you might ask? Was he naturally stronger, more resilient? Time was to prove that these were just some of his many qualities.'

Abandoned as a kitten in a sack with his siblings, Dash was the only survivor. Rescued by Mary, he gradually learnt to trust again and soon grew up to develop his confidence and satisfy his natural curiosity. Throughout his experiences and adventures, Dash proves his many qualities, especially his sixth sense when it comes to people who are in trouble...
