At St Matthew's in the Fields comprehensive school, the new term begins like any other: staffroom coffee, bell schedules, restless students. But beneath the everyday rhythms, something is wrong. There are whispers behind closed doors, locked files that won't stay buried, and eyes that linger too long.
As the days count down to Christmas, alliances shift, tensions rise, and the line between right and wrong begins to blur. Everyone is carrying something - guilt, fear, secrets - and no one is untouched.
89 Days is a taut, character-driven thriller that peers behind the curtains of a seemingly ordinary school to expose what lies beneath: power, silence, abuse, and the reach of a vicious gang, from many miles away.
