Nick Jacobson

Nick Jacobson was born in the Bay Area, California, on 18
April 1990. He has one sister and two loving parents. He was
raised right but got caught up in the life of the streets at a young
age. He started off on the journey of life in the wrong direction,
where he made lots of mistakes. He was a young teen when he
first got incarcerated and ended up in the juvenile hall.
Now he is currently working on becoming a better man
with principles and morals. He is the founder of a non-profit
organization called "Keep Us Healthy". His non-profit
organization's main focus is about reforming the healthcare
system behind the walls.
He believes in God, family and being successful. He is
ambitious and focused on goals. Something that helped him
with this recipe book is his love of food and that he went to Le
Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, where he graduated in 2010.
He is currently incarcerated in a California State Prison,
where he is working toward earning his freedom.
