Sophie Cartmell grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland, and now lives in Derbyshire, UK. Sophie studied Illustration at the University of Derby, where she did her Masters Degree in Visual Communication specialising in Illustration. She has two daughters and runs a small illustration business called Duck & Peach Illustration. She has a little shop in Belper where she lives, and when she's not working, she loves spending times with her girls, going out walking, being surrounded by nature, and reading.
