Flight Sergeant George Stewart and his good friends, Squadron Leader David Walker, Sergeant Mark Watton and Petty Officer Paul Wilson are all military men who have served with distinction in the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy, respectively.
While George and Paul are on a short holiday in Galicia, Spain, they meet two men who put to them a certain intriguing proposition.
What happens thereafter will change the lives of all four men as they become involved in a drug-smuggling ring, bringing cocaine into the UK.
Readers will not be able to tear themselves away from this cracking page-turner as they follow the exploits of these once-honourable men, now turned criminal. The plots twists and turns are as riveting as they are unexpected and make for an exceptional crime adventure novel.

John Peterson

John Peterson served in the Royal Air Force himself as a Ground Support Engineer. It was while doing this that he got the ideas to write For Queen and Contraband, his first crime fiction title. He knows the fictional events that take place in this book are all entirely possible.
John now lives quietly with his partner Sarah on the Wirral Peninsula in Merseyside or ‘The Dark Side' of the River Mersey, as his friends and family call it, but he still visits Liverpool regularly to see friends and family. John was born in Liverpool in 1959, the eldest boy of five children. He has been lucky enough to travel the world during his lifetime, which has inspired him to write his crime fiction books.
