Tom Missimer
Tom Missimer has a Ph.D. in marine geology and geophysics and is a semi-retired consultant and university professor. He is the author or coauthor of eleven non-fiction books and numerous technical papers covering a variety of scientific fields. He enjoys writing, photography, and traveling. He and his wife, Maria, split their time between their homes in Fort Myers, Florida, and Parque del Plata, Uruguay.
