My name is Sydney Klimek and I am so excited to be a part of the world of children's literature! I currently attend Baylor University
(Sic'em Bears) and have loved my time here in Texas. I wrote "Saying Goodbye Is Hard, and That's Okay" after the passing of my mom during my freshman year of college. I looked high and low for children's books I could pass on to my young cousins that explained the intricacies of grief that I could relate to but my searches were unfruitful. My solution, write it myself!
