Subashni Govender
Subashni Govender is an ex-teacher, completing her teaching diploma at the University of Durban, Westville. Being a single mother of colour made her a determined and competitive person. While educating her two young children, she herself continued studying and graduated with a bachelor's degree, majoring in English and history. She has written several poems, but Threads of Treason is her first full-length novel.
