
Petr Torak MBE is a community leader and advocate for social inclusion. Born into a Roma family in the Czech Republic, he later sought refuge in the United Kingdom, where he built a life dedicated to public service and community empowerment. Petr served as a police officer with Cambridgeshire Constabulary and is now the CEO of Compas Charity in Peterborough. In recognition of his work supporting marginalised communities and promoting understanding between cultures, he was awarded an MBE. Through his public speaking, Petr shares his story to inspire dialogue, challenge prejudice and encourage others to pursue belonging and opportunity.
