Penelope S. Douglas
Penelope S. Douglas is an artist and writer. She has had over forty stories for small children published in the Lucy Attwell Annual. Most of her painting commissions have been for the Armed Forces, taking her to many overseas countries. She is a vice president of the Guild of Aviation Artists. Whymes of Wubbish for Gwoan-ups was published in 2019. She lives in Devon.
