Norma S Balls

Norma spent her younger, more agile years in the world of crime, (wearing a uniform, you understand!). Her antidote to this dangerous lifestyle was knitting, whether stuck in the back of a van with an interesting character or pounding the landings of an HMP.

Even after retirement she is still encountering trouble and gathering crazy stories. Returning home after her daily walk with her hounds, she scribbles them down and takes up her needles. The result is a witty collection of yarns - of both varieties - to amuse you and to keep Norma from using her needles as weapons!

The stories are all true but of course the names and places have been changed to protect the innocent.
