Nancy Millman used to be a primary school teacher in Yorkshire. She found the most enjoyable time of the school day was "Storytime" when she could see rows of young faces enthralled with the story of the day. Later she joined the family business. With little spare time, she would occasionally put together a short story, but knew that there was a novel she wanted to write. Retirement brought the time and opportunity to do that and it has culminated in "The Crown of Shamash". Nancy lives with her husband Clive, in South Wales.
