Michelle Borst Polino
Michelle Borst Polino is the driving force behind Country Mouse, City Kitchen, using homesteading practices to combine country charm with chic cuisine. As a self-proclaimed "foodie" with over twenty years of experience in the kitchen in homesteading, canning, and preserving, and as a 2016 finalist/fan-favorite in the Sutter Home Build a Better Burger contest, she uses her knowledge and creativity to help others discover a love for cooking and exploring different flavors to please the palate using home-canned products. As an LPC and entrepreneur, she uses her homesteading skills in various forms of cooking, nature, and art therapies with her clients.
