As an artist, Michael has spent many years exploring visual imagery,
particularly the relationship between shapes and colours by manipulation to
create new forms to push the boundaries of creativity.
As a child, he was a reluctant reader, and this experience inspired him to create
a book that would have captured Michael’s younger self’s imagination and sparked
a lasting interest on reading.
