
Mr. Crowley, a third-generation native of Arizona, is a retired American history and government teacher living in the borderlands of southeastern Arizona. He has also taught math, writing, and music, and is also an avid hiker and trumpet player. Mr. Crowley has a degree in religious studies from Arizona State University and was recognized for his research into Mormon migration in Utah and Arizona. He has been writing since 1995, and his last published poem was in the anthology, Dear Vaccine: Global Voices Speak to the Pandemic (The Kent State University Press, 2022). The Coyote Writings is his first book.
