Lauren Sheetz
Lauren Sheetz is a poet, creative, and speech-language pathologist who is emerging into the book world for the first time. She was born in Connecticut, with a passion for writing at a young age. We see her first published content in the poetry book Phoenix, where she specializes in short, powerful excerpts covering pieces of her journey. Lauren moved to Florida in 2020 to embark on a solo journey while using writing as a creative outlet. She is known to have a phoenix tattoo covering the majority of her back, which has inspired the title for her first book.
