Ken Thomas was born in Bremerton, Washington, and later grew up in the small, picturesque city of Gig Harbor, Washington. After having studied Creative Writing at the University of Washington in Seattle, he then moved to Reggio Calabria, Italy, in 2001, where he still lives to this day. His compositions of verse and prose are based on what inspires him: love, regret, longing, and those things and people, both real and fictional, that have given him the purpose to sporadically write something sincere, something strange. Stranger in a Strange Land is his first published work.
