Kaisa Puhakka, Ph.D., is a native of Finland who lived in the United States for five decades, first as a student of Asian and comparative philosophy and later as a teacher and practitioner of Buddhism, meditation, and Western psychotherapy. She currently lives in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where she gives talks, facilitates a meditation group and enjoys the rich, warm culture of her new home with her husband Michael and their two cats.
