Jenny Barton
Jenny began her career in pottery after gaining a ceramics degree at Bath Spa university as a mature student. In 1999 she moved from the Isle of Wight to Frome, Somerset, to open Enigma Pottery. During her twenty years there, she built the business from scratch into a thriving pottery studio running: a retail shop/gallery, wholesale production, regular pottery classes with over fifty students a week, pottery parties and workshops for both children and adults, raku firing demonstrations, and a pottery painting café. Now semi-retired and making a range of multi-media artwork and sculptures.
