Devyn Mitchell
Devyn was born in Edmonton, Alberta, but has lived in Kelowna, British Columbia for most of her life. She's always loved writing but was drawn to poetry in her teenage years. Diagnosed with Narcolepsy at sixteen and Lyme disease at eighteen, she struggled significantly with her mental and physical health. The unbearable pain fueled her creativity, and her dream has always been to let others know they're not alone in what challenges they're facing. Now in university, she's pursuing her lifelong dream of becoming an author and marine biologist.
