Dave Gregson worked for nearly twenty-five years in the health, social care and charity sectors. After being dismissed following bullying, intimidation and poor practice, Dave won his legal case for unfair dismissal. The case was relatively high profile and received much press coverage. Dave has since set himself up as an inclusion and equalities campaigner and volunteer for several causes such as workplace bullying, autism awareness, safeguarding and animal welfare. Dave has also volunteered in promoting tolerance and cultural understanding and has spent time in North Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq, amongst other countries. Since winning the case, Dave has also turned to writing and is a registered unpaid carer for family; he is very vocal in supporting unpaid carers' rights.
