Billy Ka

Billy Ka is an Egyptian-Dutch poet, human rights defender, and heritage professional currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Media from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 2010. Billy's academic pursuits culminated in two master's degrees: one in Arts and Cultural Policies, and Cultural Entrepreneurship from University Groningen, The Netherlands, in 2023 and the other one in Museum and Heritage Studies from Reinwardt Academy, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in 2024. His passion for bridging cultures and exploring the intersections of art and society was the center of his career with over twenty years of experience in communication, art, and culture management, international cooperation, and human rights in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
