Ben Griffiths
Ben Griffiths grew up in the Welsh countryside, wandering woodland trails with a head full of stories. With a father who's a librarian, it's no surprise he grew up a bookworm. After reading The Inheritance Cycle series at age thirteen, he was hooked on fantasy for life. Very unoriginally, Tolkien and Terry Pratchett are his favourite authors. He hopes to write books that combine the best of both of those authors and, of course, fails miserably. He doesn't think they're half bad, though. You should give them a read, and judge for yourself. Maybe you'll be surprised.
