Anita Hamilton

Anita Hamilton is a communications, leadership and organisational change consultant.  She has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications, and media expertise gained from working for some of the biggest media brands in Europe.  In recent years Anita founded a Woman in Leadership Programme focusing on developing communications and leadership skills for senior women in the workplace. She has written a research-based book about happiness for women in mid-life inspired by studying a Master’s Degree in her 50s and the experiences of women in her age group.  Anita is a Trustee for the charity Advance that works to support women affected by domestic abuse and those in the Criminal Justice System.  Anita has a Master’s Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Human Psychology from Aston University.  She is a mentor on Aston University’s MBA degree course, is a guest lecturer at Aston and a freelance lecturer at the University of Kent.
