As the situation with Coronavirus progresses and changes, we are letting you know where Olympia Publishers
stands and the measures we have introduced to protect our authors and colleagues alike.
We have experienced no cases of COVID-19 among our workforce and recent developments have had no impact on our ability to carry out our book distribution and publishing services. We are continually monitoring developments and are closely following advice from the government and the World Health Organisation to ensure that this remains to be the case.
Please be assured that we are well prepared and have already implemented several measures to ensure continuity of services should things escalate further. As a business, we are very fortunate in that the majority of us are able to work remotely and continue to provide the same level of service and support as we normally do, should that be required. We have also implemented additional cleaning and anti-bacterial provisions. We are also managing and restricting access for visitors to our offices and avoiding unnecessary entry and contact.
Please note that we are doing our best to manage incoming post and packages. For the time being please refrain from sending items to our offices where possible.
As always, please do not hesitate to get in touch with any questions or queries. We can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org, with all of our staff contactable directly through their respective email addresses.
Our book releases are still on track and our carriers have no current plans to stop deliveries.
