Khadijeh Ghasemi

Mrs. Khadijeh Ghasemi was born in spring 1962 in Birjand, north of Iran. Then family moved to Tehran and settled there forever. From early childhood Ghasemi was charmed by the stories her mother related. After marrying Mohammed Azizi, a writer and poet, Ghasemi was encouraged by her husband to take story writing as a serious profession and she wrote novels entitled, Over Wet Road, Travellers of the Fog, Houses in a line and Absolutley Nothing, all of which were praised highly in the literary circles in Iran and was received warmly by the readers.
