In a golden age, long ago, there was a crew of dastardly pirates. Their ship was called "The Flying Dragon" and sailed the oceans and the seven seas in search of islands with lone palm trees. Legend claimed that under this tree was a buried chest of pirate treasure. In this adventure, Captain Alf wants his son Tim to join the pirate crew. He thinks being a pirate will toughen him up. Tim is timid and shy and does not want to be a pirate. He has no choice and begins pirate training. What will happen when Timid Tim gets sent to explore an island with Bert and Fred, unaware that Bad Bart Barnacle is waiting for them with a plan to capture "The Flying Dragon"? Will Tim be tough enough to save the day?
