Robert Galgey

Robert Galgey was born in Isleworth, England, in 1944. He emigrated to Australia aged twenty-two, and returned to England in the late seventies, living and working on the Crown Estate Windsor for nine years. Now back in Australia, he has dual citizenship which enabled him to live in Spain and Italy for a while.

He has been a student of the Bible since his teens, and feels that gives him some credibility for writing about it. His aim is to help the reader see that it is not merely a book written by men, but is of divine origin. You be the judge.

About Book

The Bible has sold over two billion copies in over 2,000 languages and has had a profound influence on Western art, music and literature for nineteen centuries. No book has created as much controversy and interest as the Bible, many of its stories are known to millions who do not profess to be Christians.

The Bible consists of sixty-six separate books written by over forty different men from all walks of life. Robert Galgey introduces us to the writers and explains the significance of their writing and how their work has been preserved and passed down through the centuries. He shows how the writing of the Old Testament foretold the coming of Jesus Christ and he explains the significant events of the Son of God's life on earth.

This fascinating book will provide a valuable insight into the Bible for both committed Christians and those just wanting a greater understanding of The Book to End All Books.
