Sarah Eckersley hails from Manchester, where she lives with her husband and two boys. She has a degree in drama and is also a trained primary school teacher. She now works as a supply teacher in a variety of schools. Sarah also enjoys working as a tour guide at the BBC! Sarah has been writing stories for many years and loves coming up with creative ideas, often getting lots of inspiration from her children and the world around her. When she is not writing, she likes nothing better than going on family walks, exploring history and generally having lots of adventures.
Meet Susie, an ordinary looking spider with big dreams. One day, she sets off on an adventure to make her way in the world. She soon realises that the world is a very big place and that she is so incredibly small. But even the smallest of creatures can make a difference.
Things change for Susie when she falls into a tray of paints and soon looks like the rainbows hanging in all of the windows. She transforms into a rainbow spider and magically develops super powers.
It soon becomes clear that a storm is on its way and Susie decides to use her new powers to help everyone. But will she be able to save the day?
