I have always had a passion for storytelling, especially poetry, that evokes emotion and mystery, often engaging all the senses. I began to write micropoetry with mindful connections, a few years ago, and embarked on a wonderful journey, creating my own style that's led me to write this book. With a background in mental wellbeing and academic training, I have gained further knowledge of the power of the written word, especially micropoetry. Much of my work relates to thoughts and observations; reflections of my personal journey of self-discovery; gaining inner strength; and in some ways helping me make sense of my own life experiences.
