My Rainbow of Energy

Kristy Snyman: is the founder of a company called Little Yoga Beings, where she teaches yoga, mindfulness and relaxation to children.
When Kristy became a mom, she was inspired to share her passion of yoga with her daughter, Morgan and later to all children.
She holds a B Tech degree in dance and a certification in Pilates, Yoga and children's Yoga.
Her first love was dance where she made her theatrical debut as an original cast member of African Footprint, culminating in a performance at the Royal Variety Show, London 2003.
It is her dream that she may inspire a more peaceful world for all beings.
