He remembers the many friends he made along the way, and who helped him in various ways to reach his goal.
His trials and successes which led to his present position are some that many of us can relate to. It is proof that it is only with determination and hard work that anybody can succeed when leaving his home country to settle in a new country.

Dr Joe Kenogbon was born into a large family in Shabomi, a Nigerian costal town, where he spent most of his early life.
Like most children where he grew up, he was expected to take the path of becoming a farmer, fisherman or a timber magnate. Instead of tilling and planting, Joe decided he would rather look after people by becoming a medical doctor.
Dr Kenogbon now lives with his family in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. He takes regular walks and enjoys photography and farming.
