World Mental Health Day

Last week was one of the most important recognition days of the year, mental health is just as important as general health. Last week was a day to help yourself or those around you who may be suffering with mental health.



Anxiety and Depression are just two things that come under the bracket of mental health. Day-To-Day Happiness ( )  brings attention to these two things and offers lots of help and suggestions to overcome them.

Despite having a very happy childhood, during his time at university he developed a deep depression, severe anxiety and low self-esteem.
