I am an Acupuncturist and herbalist at Positive Life Acupuncture in upstate NY, a practicing Christian living by grace, a lover of Buddhist and Yogic philosophy, a sound healer and a writer living in the remote wilderness of north New Jersey. These stories were inspired and written originally for my brother, who suffered from bipolar and addiction disorder, and have been added to after my experience with beautiful souls willing to share their feelings with me.
