Born in 1970, Libya in the Celine area, located on the outskirts of the city of Al-Khums near the ancient Phoenician-Roman city of Leptis Magana, where the Roman emperor, Septimius Severus, was born.
Dr. Kamal got his PhD degree in philosophy from Duquesne University in 2013.
A member of the House of Representatives in Libya, and Scholar in Residence at Simon Silverman Phenomenology Center-Duquesne University.
In addition to a publication of a collection of poems in 2007, he published a philosophical book in 2008 available in the libraries of New York University, University of Pennsylvania, and Alexandria Library.
