Janet Dorey
Janet Dorey was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She worked as Administrative Assistant within the Faculty of Medicine, Dalhousie University for twenty-five years, and is now happily retired. Art, rug-hooking, gardening, grandchildren, and dreaming up stories with colourful characters quite easily fill her days. At The Drop of a Tomato is her first literary work.
