Eugene Tossany

Eugene Tossany is the chosen pen name of a U.S. author who started her editorial journey in third grade. After pursuing life and achieving accolades, awards and an Army Commendation Medal, Eugene picked up the pen again, in 2019. After the birth of her Down Syndrome daughter and after living in Israel, she crafted an inspirational manuscript, citing experiences, ancient research and wisdom, as well as a creative perspective from her indirect Literary Mentor, Stephen King.
