The author had a rich career in diplomacy, as an advisor to international organisations and resource person in the area of international development assistance. He has travelled extensively, advised governments and was involved in many international negotiations and conferences. After retirement he devoted himself to full-time writing. This is his fourth novel. He is currently living in Slovenia.
