Every so often one of our editors will connect with our growing audience. Whether you’re a writer, illustrator, or just interested in the publishing industry, you will be able to speak with us through our online channels as we host regular Q&A sessions throughout the year.
Keep an eye on our social media or this page to find out where and when the next one will be.
In the meantime, you can read some of our Frequently Asked Questions below.

We are currently accepting new submissions
from both new and experienced authors.
This question can be complex, with editorial, production, and marketing all being aspects of the process. If you have just submitted to us, the extended publishing process may not be overly important at this early stage.
Should your work be accepted, we offer a more open dialogue surrounding any questions regarding our process. That said, if you have a specific question early on, like ‘Do you sell via Waterstones?’ or ‘Do you distribute worldwide?’, then we can quickly and happily answer those.
(The answer to both of those questions is ‘Yes’, by the way.)
Please send the work to us in either Microsoft Word or PDF format. Ideally, we need this in one single, fluid file. Please do not send multiple emails with multiple attachments.
You should be able to send us everything we need with one attachment, and the synopsis and covering letter can be contained within the body of the email.
For more information, please read our submission guidelines.
Should the work be accepted for publication, these processes will, of course, be undertaken during the production process.
We are only able to consider one submission at a time during the editorial process; any further work will be put on hold until the first has been considered for publication.
Although we are open to considering most genres, we don’t publish academic or foreign language works. A quick Google search will lead you to more specialist publishers for these genres.
Olympia Publishers was founded in 2005, the same year London won the bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games.

Olympia Publishers have authors from over 40 countries around the world.
Total number of words we have published in our books so far.
Not necessarily. However, we would advise having a friend look over your work before you submit.
If your work is accepted for publication, it will always be proof-read, copy-edited and reviewed during the production process.
No. We are not marking or writing on your manuscript during the early stages of the process, we are simply reading and evaluating your work for publication.
Although we welcome questions, we do not accept submissions over the telephone. We have a submission guidelines page which gives you all the information you need to get the ball rolling.
